Receive FREE SHIPPING on most shippable orders over $100! Qualified Free Shipping orders will be by the cheaper of USPS Parcel Post or UPS ground.

Exclusions:

  • Items marked as "Local Pickup Only".
  • Orders that exceed a combined weight of 30lbs.
  • Individual or combined orders that exceed the dimensions of 20" x 26" x 12".  Examples include, but are not limited to: larger Melissa & Doug plush, activity tables, swings, car seats, and bouncy seats.

Limitations:

  • All items in order must be shipping from the same location.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These may not be combined with in-store purchases or items shipping from different manufacturers. Details of where an item ships from is available under each item listing. Any questions, please contact us.

  • Not combinable with coupons, but may be used with other automatic discounts.
  • Only orders shipping within the continental US are eligible.

Please note: Due to programming limitations, our system may allow free shipping to be applied incorrectly. If we are not able to honor it, we'll contact you to give you the option of paying for shipping or canceling your order.

Layaway is not just for the holidays!

Use it for any purchase of $50 or more to help you meet your budget and take up to 30 days to complete your payment.

Terms & Conditions:

How it works:

  • Choose items that will meet the minimum $50 (before tax and shipping).
  • Use coupon code "layaway" and you'll pay just 30% down, plus any shipping or tax due.
  • In two weeks, we'll send an invoice to you through Paypal for 35% of the original purchase total.
  • In four weeks, we'll send the final invoice for the remaining 35%.
  • You have 2 days from the date of receiving the invoice to pay or you may call us at 301-668-0837 and we can take credit card information over the phone.
  • If you'd like to pay early, just call or Contact Us and we'll be happy to send you an invoice through Paypal early or you may call to give us a credit card payment over the phone.
  • Your purchase will be shipped upon receipt of the final payment or, if you're local, you may pickup with no shipping charges.

Restrictions:

  • Spring/Summer Clothing may NOT be put on layaway after March 31.
  • Fall/Winter Clothing may NOT be put on layaway after September 30.
  • We'll contact you for full payment for restricted items or you may opt to cancel them from your order.

What Happens If You Change Your Mind:

  • The original 30% is kept as our fee for storing the item and not being able to sell to others.
  • If you notify us within a week of the layaway start, we can convert the 30% fee to store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.
  • If you fail to pay the Paypal invoice or pay via phone within 2 days of receiving your invoice, we'll cancel the layway and refund any additional payment over the initial 30%, including any charges for tax or shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel future layaway privileges for those that have failed to make regular payments in the past.

Using the coupon code "layaway" means you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions found on this page.

How it works:

Both On-Line & In-Store:

  • Registration is required. Be sure to make your on-line purchases while logged in. In-store, be sure to give us your name before checkout.
  • Click here for our privacy policy.
  • This special is combinable with all other sales and coupons to offer you even more value!
  • A single purchase cannot count towards both programs.
  • If you wish an on-line purchase to count towards our in-store program, please contact us to let us know your order number and we'll manually adjust your points.
  • For every $1 spent, you'll receive 1 point.
  • Points do not expire.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with coupons or store credit.
  • Limit one reward or coupon redeemed per purchase.

On-Line:

  • When you earn at least 260 points, you can convert them to a Gift Certificate at a rate of $10 per 260 points.
  • Click here to check your earned bonus points and convert eligible points to a Gift Certificate.
  • Use the Gift Certificate for your next purchase or give it to a friend!

In-Store:

  • Once you reach 260 points, our system will automatically issue a $10 credit valid for 6 months.
  • You still qualify for points even when you use your store credit to pay!

Keeping Track:

On-Line:

  • For your purchase to count, you must be registered and logged-in.
  • After your order has been completed, click to view your order history and Bonus Points status..
  • Bonus points should be shown after your order is marked "shipped".
  • Please note: We upgraded our ecommerce site on 2/27/12 so orders placed before then may not have applied correctly to your on-line account.
  • We can manually add back any missing points upon request. Just let us know!

In-Store:

  • Be sure to give us your name before checkout. Initial registration will require your name, zip code, email mail and/or cell phone number.
  • Complete registration (for bonus points) and view your point status here.
  • Contact us if you are missing a purchase from your account. Please provide the receipt number.
  • After you complete registration, "stamps" from our original Reward Program are being manually converted to points. Once complete, you'll see an "adjustment" in your account.

This program is subject to modification or termination at any time. Unused points have no cash value.
