Enkore Kids' Consignor/Seller Login
Welcome to the consignor/seller information area. This section has been set up so that you can check your approximate store credit or cash balance.
To enable your online access, you need to specifically give us permission. You can do this by either initialing in the appropriate space on our offer or consignment sheet or by contacting us (please put "Consignor/Seller Account Access" in the subject line).
Please allow up to 48 hours for on-line access to become available.
How to Access & Use Consignor/Seller Menu Options:

Enter your email address for both your username and password in the area below.

Once you log on, change your password for security reasons. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your online account. If you forget your password, you can reset it.

Transaction History shows your balance. (Note: our on-line system cannot distinguish between store credit and cash. We can tell you the details in-store or over the phone.)

Change Password allows you to change your current password and also to review your name, address and phone number that we have on file for you. If any information is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us.
Limitations and Exclusions:

Even though there are links to all items consigned under your account, you won't be able to view items that have sold, expired, or have been returned to you.

Store Credit may NOT be used on eBay purchases due to the added fees imposed by eBay.

Store credit also may not be used in conjunction with any sale or in combination with coupons or other offers, including those automatically applied to purchases made on-line.
Store Credit and Online Purchases:

Store Credit may be used on all items available in-store or online.

If you wish to use your store credit for items purchased on-line - choose "Cash/Charge with In-store Pickup" when checking out and let us know in the checkout notes that you'll be paying with store credit.

Items automatically discounted for sales will be manually adjusted to their regular price when you pickup in-store.

Any difference owed can be paid with cash or credit card when you pick up by the next business day or you can call us to pay with a credit card if you won't be in right away.

This is new technology to us and there may be time delays or other unforeseen discrepancies.

The information in our in-store system takes precedence over information found here.
